Christ Community Lutheran School Receives Blue Ribbon Honor
Christ Community Lutheran School in Kirkwood recently was designated as a National Blue Ribbon School.
It is one of only two private schools in the state to earn the distinction. The school will be honored along with 264 public schools and 49 other private schools at a ceremony on November 3 in Washington, D.C.
The award distinguishes and honors select schools across the country for helping students achieve at the highest levels. For private schools, the primary criteria is to rank in the top 10 percent on nationally standardized academic tests.
